Pair Louis XV/XVI ormoulu chenets. Each
facing asymmetrical firedog is composed of reticulated acanthus scrolls on an architectural base with a small covered urn resting on an
incurvated plinth at the other end. An identical pair is at Versailles in the Pièce de la
Vaisselle d’or, the former Cabinet of Madame
