 Italian neoclassical carved and gilded console table.  The exceptionally large table is carved with a central mask of Mercury, and is hung with delicate swags of flowers and fruit. Original gilding. The top is veneered red ground marble with gray and white mottling. [Small restorations. Marble possibly not original.]
